The Complete Package

The design and planning stage of any home improvement project can seem a bit daunting. At Brightwood Conservatories, we take care of everything. Below is a step by step guide to the process.

1. Customer makes initial enquiry, either by telephone, email or from this website.

2. A sales designer visits the client to carry out a survey and discuss the customer’s requirements at a date and time to suit the customer.

3. The designer works out a rough scheme and sends all documents to head office.

4. Our in-house architect draws up the designs incorporating part of the house to show the proposed works.

5. Our estimator works out prices and creates a detailed specification sheet.

6. The quotation and drawings are presented to the customer.

7. Customer places an order complete with agreed deposit.

8. If required, planning permission and building regulations are obtained.

9. A survey is carried out by our conservatory technical member and installations manager.

10. Acknowledgements are issued for the customer’s approval prior to manufacture.
